Original vintage Belgian circus poster from 1958, advertising the Cirque de Moscou avec Popov during the Festival Mondial 1958 in Brussels.
The poster announces a special programme created for Expo 58, held at Place Eugène Flagey in Ixelles, Brussels, starting on 9 July 1958.
Featuring a bold red, black and white graphic composition with a large illustrated polar bear, the poster is a striking example of 1950s European advertising and circus graphic design. The oversized typography and simple colour palette give it a particularly strong decorative presence.
