Rutger Rosier – Carved Wooden Female Sculpture XL

An expressive wooden sculpture by Rutger Rosier, depicting a standing female figure with long flowing hair and a serene, stylised face. One hand rests across her torso, while the elongated silhouette gives the work a quiet, contemplative presence.

The warm brown wood reveals pronounced grain, knots and carved textures, bringing depth and character to the simplified forms. Standing on an integrated wooden base, this substantial sculpture makes an attractive focal point in a living room, entrance hall or art collection.

The base bears the carved inscription “Rosier Rutger” and the date 1996.
