An exceptional vintage creation by the prestigious Belgian luxury leather goods house Delvaux, founded in Brussels in 1829.

Introduced in 1989 as part of Delvaux’s Révolutionnaire collection, commemorating the bicentenary of the French Revolution, the Gamay is a distinctive example of the house’s creative approach to leather craftsmanship.

The bag features Delvaux’s signature Toile de Cuir, an intricate woven leather construction combining rich shades of navy blue, burgundy red, green and pink. The colourful geometric pattern is complemented by red grained leather detailing and five decorative gold-tone D-shaped emblems, representing the Delvaux name.

Its structured rectangular silhouette, adjustable leather shoulder strap and compact proportions make it suitable for both shoulder and crossbody wear.

No longer in production, the Gamay is a distinctive collector’s piece celebrating Delvaux’s Belgian heritage and craftsmanship.
