Characterful shop counter / haberdashery cabinet featuring a wooden drawer base topped with an original glass and metal display showcase.
The lower cabinet offers six spacious drawers with original-style dark round handles, providing plenty of practical storage. Above sits a glazed display case with metal framing and opening front panels, originally designed to present smaller merchandise while keeping it protected.
The warm wooden finish, aged metalwork and original glass give this piece an authentic early 20th-century shop interior aesthetic. A highly decorative and functional piece, ideal as a retail counter, jewellery display, collector’s cabinet or statement storage piece in a residential interior.
