Elegant antique bentwood rocking chair featuring a sculptural dark-stained wooden frame and traditional woven cane seat and backrest. The flowing curves, large looped armrests and decorative scrollwork are characteristic of classic late 19th / early 20th-century bentwood furniture.
The tall rounded backrest and generous seat are both finished in natural cannage, creating a beautiful contrast with the dark wood. Its elaborate curved rocking base gives the chair a particularly decorative silhouette from every angle.
