Distinctive vintage lounge chair by Arkana, manufactured in Falkirk, Scotland, featuring a sculptural wooden frame with black leather upholstery.
The chair has a striking low-slung profile with beautifully curved armrests and a suspended leather seat and backrest. The combination of warm wood and black leather gives it a characteristic 1960s/1970s modernist appearance.
The underside retains the original embossed Arkana – Falkirk, Scotland – Made in Great Britain manufacturer’s marking, together with the registered design and patent information.
