Returns Policy

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery (or 7 days if picked up in-store); sale items are non-refundable.
  
• Products must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund; damaged or used items will not be accepted.
  
• For international returns, clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees (which are the buyer’s responsibility).
  
• Always contact us before returning any item at leuven@troc.com to initiate the return or request an exchange.

To maintain its shape, store the bag with stuffing paper inside its dustbag when not in use, and condition the leather periodically by applying a thin layer of balm with a cloth, warming it with a hairdryer until the balm becomes oil-like, then lightly wiping off any excess with a cloth if needed. Please review the pictures carefully before purchase, as vintage items may show minor signs of wear, feel free to contact us for additional information or images.
