Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery (or 7 days if picked up in-store); sale items are non-refundable.
Products must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund; damaged or used items will not be accepted.
For international returns, clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees (which are the buyer’s responsibility).

Care & Maintenance

To maintain its shape, store the bag with stuffing paper inside its dustbag when not in use, and condition the leather periodically by applying a thin layer of balm with a cloth, warming it with a hairdryer until the balm becomes oil-like, then lightly wiping off any excess with a cloth if needed. Please review the pictures carefully before purchase, as vintage items may show minor signs of wear, feel free to contact us for additional information or images.
