Elegant French occasional table crafted in warm-toned wood with an exceptionally decorative carved base and a beautiful parquetry top.
The shaped tabletop features a geometric parquetry pattern, framed by a moulded edge. Below, the table is richly decorated with floral and foliate carvings, sweeping cabriole legs and an elaborate carved stretcher joining the base. The fluid lines and detailed craftsmanship give the piece a distinctly French Rococo character.
A highly decorative table, ideal as a centre table, side table, writing table or statement console in both classical and eclectic interiors.
