Beautiful vintage design dining table executed entirely in solid Jura limestone. The table features a thick round top resting on a conical monolithic base (cone foot), giving it a sculptural and architectural presence. The clean geometry combined with the organic texture of the stone creates a perfect balance between minimalism and natural material warmth.
This type of table fits perfectly in wabi-sabi, mid-century modern, contemporary or Mediterranean interiors and works as both a dining table and statement centre table.
About Jura stone
Jura limestone is a natural stone originating from the Jura region in Germany. It was formed around 150–200 million years ago and is known for its warm sand colour and visible fossil inclusions (shells and marine fragments). Because of these natural sediments, every piece is completely unique.
The stone is appreciated in architecture and design for its durability, matte elegance and its ability to age beautifully over time. Small pores, tonal shifts and fossils are natural characteristics and not defects.
