Antique Giltwood Wall Mirror
Antique Giltwood Wall Mirror
Elegant vintage wall mirror by Deknudt, a renowned Belgian mirror manufacturer known for its decorative mirrors and refined craftsmanship.
This beautiful mirror features a classic arched silhouette, combining a warm gold-toned frame with decorative mirrored glass panels along the outer border. The combination of reflective surfaces and gilded detailing creates an elegant, architectural appearance with a subtle Hollywood Regency influence.
The narrow, elongated proportions and softly rounded top give the mirror a timeless character, making it a decorative addition to both vintage and contemporary interiors.
Manufactured in Belgium, the mirror retains its original Deknudt manufacturer’s label, together with the original identification label on the wooden back, confirming its Belgian origin and model reference 2054.111.
Its refined design makes it particularly suitable for an entrance hall, bedroom, dressing room or above a small console table. The combination of gold and mirrored detailing adds a sophisticated decorative accent without overwhelming the surrounding interior.
Condition: Vintage condition with visible signs of age and use. The mirror glass displays noticeable surface marks, spotting and signs of ageing, particularly towards the upper section. The gold-toned frame shows some patina and wear. Please refer to the photographs for a detailed impression of its condition.
