Pair of Large Kobalt Porcelain Lidded Vases
Pair of Large Kobalt Porcelain Lidded Vases
Impressive pair of large decorative porcelain vases by Kobalt, executed in a deep cobalt-blue glaze with refined gilt detailing.
Each vase features a central polychrome pastoral scene in a classical romantic style, depicting elegantly dressed figures in an idyllic landscape. The richly decorated bodies are complemented by gold ornamental motifs, sculpted details and tall removable lids with pointed finials.
With their striking 98 cm height, these monumental vases make an impressive statement and work particularly well as a symmetrical pair in a grand entrance hall, living room or classic interior.
Sold as a matching pair.
