Impressive monumental cast iron garden urn on pedestal, richly decorated with classical architectural and sculptural details.

The enormous urn features two seated winged cherubs, sculpted lion heads, abundant fruit and foliage decoration and a large basket-weave patterned body. It rests on an equally elaborate pedestal decorated with classical female profiles, garlands, scrollwork and ornamental reliefs.

The naturally weathered surface with extensive oxidation and remnants of the original finish gives the piece a striking, authentic architectural character. Due to its exceptional scale, this is a true statement piece, ideal for a grand entrance, estate, garden, hotel, restaurant or commercial interior.
