- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery (or 7 days if picked up in-store); sale items are non-refundable.
- Products must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund; damaged or used items will not be accepted.
- For international returns, clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees (which are the buyer’s responsibility).
