Buying tips
- Measurement and fit: check the dimensions in the listing, plus doors, stairs and the free space around the piece.
- Material condition: look at joints, surfaces and upholstery in the photos; patina is part of the charm, and we describe visible wear.
- Matching style with space: think about how the piece works with your existing furniture, lighting and colours.
- Restoration or care: many pieces only need cleaning, oil or wax; ask us for care advice for the material.
